I am currently a level 2, certified Wim Hof Instructor. In my 15 years of self-exploration and teaching, I have yet to see a practice that can help us so quickly reconnect back to ourselves. Back to the true nature that we have lost touch with that is inside all of us. The ability to feel happy, healthy and strong is our birthright as humans. We live in such a fast paced world that our lifestyle has us disconnected from ourselves and others. The Wim Hof Method gives you back that connection to your inner power. This simple method stimulates your body’s natural processes, giving you back control of your physical and mental wellbeing helping you realize your true human potential is boundless and under your control.

Dan’s workshops and weekend retreats begin with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method followed by an exploration into breathing, science and theory, group work, reflection, discussion, and Q&A, and an (optional) outdoor cold exposure experience. Weekend retreats are more curated to dive deeper into the method with daily yoga,
